Basic SWAT Course
Basic SWAT provides students with a solid base of knowledge and skill so that upon successful completion they may integrate directly into their agency’s tactical team.
This course introduces contemporary principles, procedures, tactics, and techniques for SWAT operations that are consistent with the National Tactical Officers Association’s recommendations.
This hands-on course is perfectly suited for officers assigned to, or seeking assignment to, any type of tactical team, as well as current SWAT Team members that wish to refresh or increase their knowledge of SWAT tactics.
Hostage Rescue Course
Hostage Rescue is a comprehensive course based on the principles of our High Threat system. Hostage rescue success is often the result of Tactics, Techniques, and Principles that are established, trained on, and integrated by Command, Negotiations, and Operators that are consistent with SWAT’s life-saving mission.
Students will be introduced to procedures for the resolution of a hostage situation, tactical operation center concepts, CNT procedures, and hostage rescue techniques and principles with best practices and industry-accepted standards to resolve the incident.
Basic Sniper Certification Course
Basic Sniper Certification is a specialized training program designed to equip law enforcement officers with the skills necessary to serve as snipers in high-stakes missions. This certification focuses on a wide range of topics, ensuring that snipers can effectively contribute to the success of law enforcement operations.
The curriculum covers a wide range of essential topics, including marksmanship fundamentals, ballistics, observation techniques, long-range, building positions, and low-light deployment.
Participants undergo intensive training in using specialized sniper rifles and optics, learning to operate in various environmental conditions and scenarios.
Advanced Sniper Course
Advanced Sniper trains students to take precision shots from unconventional positions utilizing tripods out to 400 yards.
Students will learn how to build a stable final firing position when deploying a tripod, barricade, or unconventional support. Officers will learn the criteria for selecting and building a hide site and fire from various hide sites and positions. Students will learn their ballistic performances and the limitations of their duty ammunition.
Upon completion, students will be required to successfully pass the qualification.
