Active Threat Instructor Course

This 4-day Active Threat Instructor course equips law enforcement officers to respond to active threat incidents and deliver training within their agency. Training covers Phase 1, Phase 2, and the transition to Phase 3, with emphasis on vehicle-based ambush attacks upon arrival, current threat trends, and immediate action priorities—stop the threat, stop the dying, and stop the bleeding. Through hands-on scenarios, force-on-force, and lectures, officers develop decision-making skills with a key focus on rapidly removing injured individuals to safety. Heavy focuses on instructor development.

SRO Tatical Assailant Response

The S.T.A.R. course is a 3-day program developed in partnership with NARSO, designed to prepare School Resource Officers to respond to active threat incidents on school grounds. Training emphasizes Phase 1 and Phase 2 response, focusing on immediate action priorities—stop the threat, stop the dying, and stop the bleeding—while addressing current trends and school-based threat environments. Through scenario-based training and practical exercises, officers develop decision-making, solo response, and rapid evacuation skills to safely resolve incidents and protect students and staff.
