Tactical Training

RDS Instructor course was just that. A higher level course designed to develop the individual as an instructor. From day one, officers were coaching shooters on the points of performance that were discussed and demonstrated by Bobby, the lead instructor. Bobby delivered information and drills across all experience levels with a vested interest in bettering shooters as instructors. Excellent course.

This is one of the best formal law enforcement trainings I have attended! It was certainly the best use of the student's time, with almost no down time and quality material being covered all four days. The instructors were clearly knowledgeable in this field, and did a great job of conveying the material. I learned so much from the formal training material, as well as the constant informal tips and insights from the instructors. The instructors have great eyes for detail and were constantly providing feedback, all of which felt valuable. This course is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend it for SWAT team members, regardless of your rank or title. Thank you!

Advanced Sniper was one of the best courses I have been to. KP did a great job keeping everyone into the training. The info KP put out was useful and will be applied in everyday training and work. I recommended this training to several other snipers already.

High Threat CQC Instructor was very informative training, explaining the "why", behind the method. I enjoyed how the philosphy was supported with real world statistics.

This class was nonstop thinking and nonstop application of vehicle suppression principals with little down time which added to the overall stress to simulate real world tempo. The instructors were relatable, knowledgeable, approachable, and never came across as above the students. I would specifically seek out classes taught by John and Jerry.

UC Rescue should be a requirement for basic narcotics training for agents. In the 6 years on literally survived on "we will wing it." Pre-buy dry runs on rescue contingencies. Actual roles of each positions. Perspective of shot fragmentation and direction. Definitely will be training with local agencies and our task force multiple times per year.

I do not say this lightly. This Hostage Rescue course is probably one of the best tactic related courses I have ever attended. Instructors can make or break a course, and the instructors were the real deal and transferred knowledge in an effective manner. Our team already has plans to schedule future trainings with Grey Group.

Lance covered a lot of ground in a little time. Very knowledgeable and made certain that the students understood his answers to their questions before continuing. I've been to quite a few UAV classes and none of them can even be compared to this one. I've already expressed to my supervisors that we need to send more pilots to the Grey Group training classes. Outstanding training, and an outstanding instructor.

I really enjoyed High Threat CQC Instructor and learning different tactics. The instructors and way the class was designed breeds discussion and collaboration. As someone with some instructing experience, I liked the progression that the course took. I liked the opportunity to teach and create our own scenarios because that is the expectation when we take it all back to our own PD. I look forward to hopefully attending the advanced course.

The RDS Instructor ourse was great. It showed me my strengths and weaknesses and made me a more confident RDS shooter. The course made me a better instructor overall broadening my knowledge and helping me perfect my teaching curriculum. The material was not the only thing that helped. The instructors themselves showed me how an instructor should teach, act, and conduct the class in a safe, effective manner. I had a lot of fun and learned so much. I couldn't have asked for a better class or better instructors.

High Threat CQC Instructor is one of the best courses I have completed, both in terms of learning the actual material and effective methods for teaching others. Many instructor courses just feed you a PowerPoint presentation and expect you to parrot the information back. Trevor and Phil really helped me feel like I have the material and knowledge to pass on while challenging us to work on our own skills, too.

I will be on the lookout for more courses from Grey Group and look forward to training with this company again.
